HELP WHILE PLAYING

Support for Holdem Champions Players

If something doesn't look right mid-hand — a bet not registering, a stream stalling, or a round result that seems off — here's where to go at c778.

Team online

Live Chat

Open the chat widget inside your c778 account while the Holdem Champions table is still on screen. An agent picks up the session context so you don't have to re-explain the table state.

Account Wallet Check

If a round settles but your balance doesn't update, check the transaction ledger under Account — Wallet History. Each Holdem Champions round logs separately with a round ID.

Stream & Device Help

A dropped stream on Holdem Champions usually clears by switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa. If the table won't reload, close the lobby tab and reopen from the live casino section.

HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play in Holdem Champions

We carry Holdem Champions because Evolution holds its own third-party certifications for shuffle integrity and stream authenticity — we don't need to add a separate layer. Here's what that means for your sessions at c778.

Certified Shuffle Evolution's Holdem Champions uses a certified card-shuffling process verified by independent testing labs. The deck state is auditable at the provider level, not just our lobby.
Round History Access Every Holdem Champions hand you play is stored in your account round history with a unique identifier. You can pull up any past hand to check cards dealt and payout calculation.
Pakistan Account Security Your c778 account uses OTP verification on login and on withdrawal requests — so a Holdem Champions session can only be started from a device you've confirmed.
Provider Accountability Holdem Champions is an Evolution product. If you have a dispute about game outcome, we escalate directly to Evolution's game logs — the raw data sits at their end, not just ours.
c778 Inside Our Holdem Champions Lobby

Inside Our Holdem Champions Lobby

Holdem Champions is a live-dealer poker format from Evolution where a professional dealer runs each hand on camera and the action plays out on a purpose-built table set. At c778 the game sits inside the live casino section — scroll past the baccarat and roulette rooms and you'll find it listed under poker. The format follows standard Texas Hold'em hand rankings, with

the added Champions mechanic that rewards strong hole-card combinations even before community cards are dealt. RTP figures are shown where Evolution exposes them on the game screen itself. Tables run continuously, and the stream quality holds steady on a mid-range Android or iOS device on a standard mobile connection.

Holdem Champions Glossary

New to the format or just want a quick refresher on what the table labels mean? These are the terms that come up most in Holdem Champions.

What is the Ante bet in Holdem Champions?

The Ante is the mandatory opening wager placed before any cards are dealt. It activates your seat at the Holdem Champions table and determines the base payout scale for the hand.

What does the Champions Bonus bet do?

The Champions Bonus is an optional side bet that pays based on your two hole cards alone, independent of the community cards. Strong hole-card combinations like pairs or suited connectors trigger it.

What is a community card in Texas Hold'em?

Community cards are the shared cards the dealer places face-up in the centre of the table — the Flop, Turn and River. Every player at the Holdem Champions table uses them to build their best five-card hand.

What does Fold mean at a live Holdem Champions table?

Folding means you surrender your hole cards and forfeit the Ante for that hand. You exit the round immediately and the dealer moves on; your Champions Bonus bet is also settled at that point.

What is RTP in Holdem Champions?

RTP — Return to Player — is the theoretical percentage of all wagered money a game returns over a large number of rounds. Evolution displays the Holdem Champions RTP figure on the game info screen where available.

What does Check mean in the Holdem Champions betting round?

Check means you pass the betting action to the next position without adding chips. It is only available when no new bet has been placed in that round; otherwise you must call, raise or fold.
